🐍 Earn Points with Every Purchase

For every dollar you spend, you’ll get 1 point! It's that simple. Whether you're picking up some frog soap, a snake tote bag, or a sand boa, you’re always earning.

$1 spent = 1 point earned
100 points redeemed = $1 in Serpent Bucks

Points NEVER EXPIRE.

If you accidentally redeem points for discounts too soon and want the points back, we can help you! Just shoot us an email at kate@theserpentry.com. An example of this is accidentally clicking the Redeem Button when you only have 300 points. You'll get a $3 coupon that can't be combined with other discounts (ew!). You can get the points back on UNUSED coupons and save up points for a bigger discount. We want you to have fun and not worry about pushing that Redeem Button too soon.

🐍 Refer a Friend and Both Get Rewarded!

Want to share the love (and the scales)? When you refer a friend to The Serpentry, you both get a sweet reward! Here’s how it works:

1. Refer a friend using your unique referral link (found in your account).
2. When they make a purchase, you BOTH get a $10 off coupon for a future order over $50!

It’s a win-win, and the more friends you refer, the more Serpent Bucks you’ll rack up! 

🐍 Retroactive Points (Limited Time Offer)

Did you shop with us before? Don’t worry—you won’t be left in the dust! For a limited time, we’ll add points retroactively for any past purchases. Simply shoot an email to kate@theserpentry.com or use the store chat, and we’ll add your points to your account. Let us know by Dec 31, 2024 to claim points on past purchases.

🐍 Redeem Points for Sand Boas!

We know some of you are here for the sand boas, so yes—Serpent Bucks can be used on our sand boas too! 🐍💚

Here’s the catch: while you can definitely earn and use your points on sand boas, we have to adjust points manually in your account. (All sand boa sales have to be done through PayPal, but we’ve got you covered.) Email us at kate@theserpentry.com to earn and redeem points for sand boas. Points will be manually added to your account and may be used as usual in the shop. If you want to redeem the points for a sand boa, we will deduct the points from your account and convert to Serpent Bucks on your invoice.

🐍 Referring Friends for Sand Boas? Special Instructions:

Referring friends for sand boa purchases? The referral link won’t work for scaly friend purchases, but don’t worry—we’ve got a workaround!

• Have your friend email us with your Serpent Bucks account name and email (as your referral) when they purchase a sand boa.

• You’ll both get your $10 off via a gift card that can be used on either sand boas or products. Your friend may use their reward on the current sand boa purchase.
